1. Definitions

• •"Software" refers to the SecureCompress macOS application
• •"Free Version" refers to the feature-limited version available at no cost
• •"Pro Version" refers to the full-featured version requiring a paid license
• •"License Key" refers to the unique code that activates Pro features
• •"User" or "You" refers to any person who downloads or uses the Software

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• ✓Download and install the Software on macOS devices you own or control
• ✓Use the Free Version indefinitely within its feature limitations
• ✓Use the Pro Version on up to two (2) personal devices per license key

This license is for personal, non-commercial use unless you purchase a commercial or volume license.

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• ✗Share, sell, lease, or transfer your license key to others
• ✗Use one license key on more than two devices simultaneously
• ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• ✗Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent license validation
• ✗Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• ✗Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• ✗Redistribute the Software or create derivative works

• •The Free Version has feature limitations (file size, page count, daily usage)
• •Free Version limitations may change with updates
• •The Free Version is provided to help you evaluate the Software before purchasing

6. Intellectual Property

• •SecureCompress and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us
• •Your PDFs and documents remain your property — we claim no rights to your content
• •Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve the Software without compensation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• ⚠Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• ⚠Non-infringement of third-party rights
• ⚠Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• ⚠Accuracy or reliability of results

Some jurisdictions don't allow warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

• ⚠We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• •We may terminate or suspend access to the license validation server with reasonable notice
